At the beginning

  1. If you want a full-time or part-time dedicated accountant we recruit the BOSS accountant for you. If you need a casual accountant jobs can be sent to us to be distributed to our pool of accountants.
  2. The BOSS accountant works either directly on your server (online option) or ours (offline option).

BOSS India will:

  • Complete the work according to your company procedures (if you engage a dedicated accountant).
  • Complete a first review for free for the first six months ready for a Partner level review (after this time you can opt to pay a BOSS reviewer to do the first review at a fraction of the cost of an Australian supervisor).
  • Train and supervise your accountant to keep them abreast of modern practices and Australian tax and law.

You will:

  • Liase with your own clients as per usual.
  • Scan documents on your IT system for BOSS India to use.
  • Ensure your workflow and systems are well organised and set aside time to teach the accountant any company specific systems and procedures.
  • Provide feedback so we can become more proficient for you.
