A Seamless Transition - The BOSS Establishment Process

You already have established internal systems in place to ensure work flow continuity and quality of output. It’s now a matter of extending these systems to your remote office in Bangalore.

The process is:

  • Decide on the staff resources you need
  • Nominate a staff member to be the contact for the transition process
  • Set up the IT system
  • Ensure all client data is available in electronic form
  • If we do not have staff available for your needs, you have the option of interviewing pre-screened candidates
  • Assign work to your new BOSS accountant

BOSS has developed protocols to manage workflow between remote offices. Naturally dealing face to face with the client is not possible for your BOSS IN-Resourced staff, but with some minor adjustments this location issue is easily addressed. One of your Australian staff, nominated as a “Transition Manager”, (preferably someone with some knowledge of the client account) allocates work to the BOSS accountant in your Bangalore office.

Ongoing Work

You can talk to your accountant and reviewer at any time as well as the Australian Account Manager. We can fill out your timesheets and we have our own online WIP that you will have access to. We will keep in touch with you to make sure everything is flowing smoothly, we hold regular client service meetings and provide help if needed.
