BOSS accountants join us with typically around five years public practice experience and they complete a standard introduction on current Australian tax and law when they start. (The Indian system is very similar).

All accountants are trained by BOSS one Saturday of every month to ensure they are as competent as any Australian accountant. They recieve one-on-one training during the first six months of working with us. They also update themselves on tax issues via the CCH tax library and have access to the ATO portal and have colleagues around them to support them. All BOSS accountants have constant access to their Manager who is a member of the NIA, is CA (India) qualified and has a practicing certificate. He is qualified to sign-off Australian super funds. As of 2011, he has over fourteen years experience in public practice and seven years experience with Australian tax.

Work is reviewed for free by a reviewer for the first six months as part of the process of QA, training and intergartion of the accountant with you. This is a first review that prepares the job ready for a final Partner level review. After that time you can opt to have us complete a first review at a fraction of the cost of using an Australian supervisor to do the review.
