If you wish we can work online on your network or you can upload work to our secure server in Australia.
If we work on your network, only your dedicated BOSS accountant, reviewer and our IT technician has access to files and even then you can limit what files and records they have access to. This IT arrangement means that data doesn’t need to leave your office at all (it is just displayed remotely), there is no duplication of files and most processes are more streamilined than if you upload data to our web server.
If we work offline with data stored on our secure server only your dedicated BOSS accountant, reviewer and our IT technician has access to files.
Peace of Mind
During the first six months we complete a first review for free to help bed down the process and as part of our QA process for your new BOSS accountant. Ordinarily you need to pay extra for this service with another outsourcing company.
